A company is looking for a Sales Methodology Trainer to deliver impactful sales training programs for field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for field sales professionals to ensure adoption of sales methodologies
- Implement and customize sales methodologies and frameworks across various field teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with business objectives and assess training needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5 - 7 years of experience in UCaaS/telephony sales or related roles
- Prior experience as a sales leader or manager
- Strong knowledge of UCaaS technologies and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
- Certifications in sales training or enablement are a plus
