Job Summary

A company is looking for a Genesys Cloud CX3 Expert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end customer journey flow creation in Genesys Architect
• Provide technical guidance to developers on IVR flows, bot flows, backend and AI integrations, and routing
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud Architect hands-on build and implementation
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and NLU/NLP technologies
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree
• Genesys certifications (e.g. GCX-GCP, GCX-GCD) are highly desirable
• Not required to have any specific certifications/licenses
