Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Design, implement, and customize solutions including applications, workflows, and integrations
• Collaborate within an Agile environment to ensure timely delivery of solutions and conduct regular version upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a relevant technical field
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• At least 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, especially in SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and HR modules
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow API web services
