Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Process Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize designated processes within global service operations
• Collaborate with regional teams to gather requirements and drive improvements
• Analyze process performance data and recommend actions to enhance service quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Certification in Design Thinking or Lean Six Sigma is preferred
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or similar qualification is preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in service operations or process management
