Key Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and operations of care centers, ensuring efficient delivery of care
• Implement best practices and monitor patient satisfaction to drive service improvements
• Provide training and mentoring for care center management and support leadership development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Health Administration (MHA) or Business Administration (MBA) preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in healthcare operations or multisite practice management
• Experience in business development and revenue growth
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements (OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA)
