Key Responsibilities
- Advise companies on navigating the regulatory framework and risk environment associated with government procurement
- Provide legal counsel on government contracts, including compliance, negotiations, and disputes
- Collaborate with in-house counsel and business leaders to manage risk and develop policies related to government contracting activities
Required Qualifications
- At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including experience as an in-house attorney or General Counsel
- Deep expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and related procurement rules
- Substantive legal experience as a broad corporate generalist
- J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
- State bar membership in the state where the candidate resides/practices
