Job Summary
A company is looking for a Government Subsidy Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to parents and providers regarding government subsidy programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for Parent and Provider inquiries related to Government Subsidy programs, resolving concerns professionally and empathetically
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Government Subsidy offerings and provide accurate information to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide individualized guidance on eligibility and application procedures for childcare subsidies
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field strongly preferred
- Located in or familiar with the Kansas City Metro area
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
