A company is looking for a GPS Innovation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns, providing resolutions and support
- Assist with PBX services and special projects related to hotel operations
- Triage multiple pilots and manage overflow for Guest Services as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in GESA or hotel environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with at least 2 years of experience
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera, HotSOS, Zello, and Zingle preferred
- Schedule flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
