Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance creative across lifecycle marketing, email, and paid social
- Own and evolve the email design system, creating scalable modules and templates
- Translate insights and testing data into thoughtful design iterations to enhance brand integrity and conversion
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
- 4-6+ years of experience in digital experiences and brand systems for consumer-facing brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, typography, layout, and storytelling
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion or prototyping skills are a plus
- Experience with lifecycle marketing and understanding of email design best practices
