Job Summary
A company is looking for an HCM Consultant responsible for planning, designing, and launching efficient systems that support HR and Payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system needs and project scope
- Lead the configuration, testing, and rollout of new HRIS modules and updates
- Act as the primary point of contact during implementations and provide client support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience with HRIS and/or Payroll systems
- Knowledge of or experience with Rippling is a strong plus
- Experience in creating system documentation and workflows
- Familiarity with industry compliance requirements is preferred
