Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Client Success to lead a team in driving digital marketing strategies and partner success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and coach a cross-functional team of 10+ members to ensure high performance and service delivery
- Oversee partner communications and maintain relationships with 250+ partners to ensure effective support and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs and enhance marketing performance through strategic training and problem-solving
Required Qualifications
- 1.5+ years of experience leading customer/client success teams with 10+ direct reports
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing
- Proven ability to create and implement client growth strategies that drive business outcomes
- Experience with CRMs and project management tools, preferably HighLevel and ClickUp
- Background in marketing or service-based agencies, with a preference for experience in the orthodontic or dental industry
