Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients and customers to schedule health appointments and conduct surveys

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Strong computer skills including data entry and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Capability to provide dual monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
- Demonstrated caring and compassion in customer interactions
