A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Analyst to provide technical support and implementation for software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn technical skills required to resolve customer support cases and requests
- Understand team structure and deliver assigned items within established timelines
- Gain knowledge of product datasets, codebases, and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or engineering fields, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of relevant experience in software support or helpdesk support
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft SQL Stack (T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS)
- Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Snowflake is a plus
