A company is looking for a Hospitality Experience Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfill hardware orders, configure hardware, and manage Salesforce CRM Support Tickets
  • Perform point-of-sale data entry tasks and hardware swaps
  • Assist in tracking inventory and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce CRM
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Oracle Simphony required
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in technical customer service
  • General knowledge of computers
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or GoogleSuite
