Job Summary
A company is looking for a Hybrid Processor to manage insurance documentation processing remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform timely and accurate data entry of insurance documentation to meet loan requirements
- Provide customer service by answering calls and assisting customers and agents with insurance documentation
- Educate customers on necessary documentation for their loan agreements and process transactions accordingly
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: At least one year of Property and Casualty insurance or insurance agency experience
- Preferred: At least one year of call center experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
