A company is looking for a Hybrid Processor to manage insurance documentation processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform timely and accurate data entry of insurance documentation related to loan requirements
- Provide customer service by answering calls and educating customers on necessary documentation
- Process transactions across multiple work queues while adhering to daily processing goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in Property and Casualty insurance or insurance agency
- Preferred: At least one year of call center experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to attend continuing education training and courses
