Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hybrid Processor to manage insurance documentation processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform timely and accurate data entry of insurance documentation related to loan requirements
  • Provide customer service by answering calls and educating customers on necessary documentation
  • Process transactions across multiple work queues while adhering to daily processing goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in Property and Casualty insurance or insurance agency
  • Preferred: At least one year of call center experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to attend continuing education training and courses
