Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Social Worker (LSW).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient services through a telehealth program
• Utilize technology to deliver mental health and substance use disorder treatment
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Masters in Counseling Degree with at least 6 months of therapy or assessment experience
• Valid LPC license in the state of Illinois
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Comfortable with technology and telehealth services
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
