Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote LTC Pharmacy Adjudication Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with communities regarding non-formulary and expensive medication orders, and educate on alternatives
- Maintain detailed records of orders requiring follow-up and ensure timely communication with community staff
- Review Medicare D claims, coordinate with pharmacists or physicians, and perform billing clerical duties
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Pharmacy Technician License and/or Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements
- Minimum one year of data entry experience
- General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology
