A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst to oversee and execute software product client implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate software product features and requirements to meet client expectations
• Ensure accountability for implementation outcomes and client satisfaction
• Provide technical and project management leadership to clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience with software configuration
• 3-5 years of backend revenue cycle management experience
• 3 years of project management experience
• Demonstrated knowledge in software development client implementations
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment
