Job Summary
A company is looking for a UKG Ready Implementation Consultant II - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a client-side resource for technical configurations, integrations, testing, and validation tasks during implementation projects
- Manage day-to-day project tasks to ensure successful payroll transitions and optimize system configurations
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to design technical solutions and provide training, ensuring high adoption rates of technology
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in a client-facing implementation role with a vendor or consulting organization
- Expert knowledge of HRIS software platforms such as ADP WFN, Paylocity, and UKG
- Experience in Time & Attendance system configuration and integration with payroll systems
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a computer-related field
- Experience with integrations between third-party systems, including API and EDI
