Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator who will facilitate change management and project coordination for managed services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Change Management process, ensuring controlled IT changes and maintaining accurate records
  • Lead CAB meetings to review and approve change requests, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Coordinate the execution of Managed Services projects and contract implementation meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • PMP or CMP certification preferred
  • ITIL Foundations Certification preferred, may be required within the first year if not already obtained
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a service-oriented organization preferred
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL Change Management processes is a plus
