Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator who will facilitate change management and project coordination for managed services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Change Management process, ensuring controlled IT changes and maintaining accurate records
- Lead CAB meetings to review and approve change requests, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Coordinate the execution of Managed Services projects and contract implementation meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- PMP or CMP certification preferred
- ITIL Foundations Certification preferred, may be required within the first year if not already obtained
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a service-oriented organization preferred
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL Change Management processes is a plus
