Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead software and data solution implementations for enterprise healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams to align with customer workflows
• Serve as the primary customer contact, managing project plans, communications, and go-live readiness
• Create and deliver customized onboarding and training experiences to ensure high adoption and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in software implementation or customer success in healthcare technology
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive collaboration and meet deadlines
• Experience creating scalable training materials and onboarding programs
• Confidence navigating ambiguity and structuring new processes
• Ability to work independently with a bias for action and accountability
