Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist II who is passionate about customer satisfaction and financial software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage configuration and issue tickets, coordinating with customers and internal teams to maintain timelines
• Perform software configuration, testing, and assist customers with user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Track project progress and communicate feedback to improve product and implementation processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing cloud-based systems
• 2-5 years of experience interfacing with external clients
• 2+ years of experience writing test cases and assisting with software testing best practices
• Ability to triage and troubleshoot software configurations
• General knowledge of software delivery processes and a desire to learn
