Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation System Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user setup and troubleshooting of Athena software
- Log incidents and service requests in the ServiceNow ticketing system and escalate complex issues as necessary
- Guide users through issue resolution processes and provide regular status updates on incidents
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
- Associate Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support, help desk operations, or technical customer service required
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) required
- Basic experience with SQL or Microsoft Access preferred
