Job Summary
A company is looking for a Travel Reimbursement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, QC, and approve reimbursements submitted by patients/caregivers within a 72-96 hour window
- Onboard new patients/caregivers into internal platforms and issue RealTime cards as needed
- Monitor and process US and outside of US reimbursement requests while ensuring compliance with guidelines
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer-service based role
- Knowledge of clinical trials and the clinical trial process is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Ability to handle multi-faceted projects
