A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional support for government-based contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and greet customers professionally
- Assist with tech troubleshooting and appointment scheduling
- Document all interactions and conduct follow-up calls as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and a compatible computer
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Availability to work between 9am - 9pm EST, Monday-Friday
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
