A company is looking for a contractor to manage the Inbound Saves Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and emails, providing live agent support and updating donor records
- Implement and execute the Donor Saves program to retain donor contributions
- Produce regular performance reports and maintain high customer service standards
Required Qualifications
- Experience in inbound telemarketing or customer service support
- Ability to handle donation processing via major credit cards over the phone
- Proficiency in developing training materials and delivering agent training
- Experience with database management and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
