Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Income Specialist responsible for calculating various types of income for qualifying purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and calculate income for self-employed borrowers, including various business structures and rental income
• Review and analyze profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Ensure timely completion of income analysis while staying updated on agency guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA income guidelines
• Knowledge in the calculation of self-employment and rental income
• General understanding of agency guidelines for fluctuating and variable income
• Able to make final income decisions with reasonable explanations
