Key Responsibilities
- Grow sales and assets through a team of Private Client Advisors
- Coach and develop sales staff to achieve goals-based planning and product selection
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and internal departments
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of industry sales management experience; bachelor's degree preferred
- Possession of Series 7, 24, and 66; Life & Health Insurance licenses
- Ability to use standard office equipment and financial services systems
- Proven track record in recruiting, training, and managing sales teams
- Broad knowledge of client and partner needs in the bank-based investment market
