Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 3-6 Account Executives to meet and exceed sales goals
- Manage personal sales pipeline while identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Analyze team performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and boost productivity
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in mid-market or enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of solution-based selling, with experience in small to medium-sized businesses
- Passionate about mentoring and creating a positive team culture
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred
- Able to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize performance
