A company is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to engage with prospective and existing customers in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential and current customers, explaining products and pricing
- Close sales, enter orders, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Follow up on leads and manage customer retention efforts for cancellations or refunds
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in inside sales or customer enrollment
- A proven track record of meeting sales goals in a high-volume environment
- Experience in managing objections and retaining hesitant customers
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other common software tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
