Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit engaging learning activities and course content
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop materials
- Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in instructional design or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
- Degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a similar relevant field is a plus
- Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge
