Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to support government clients in educational and technical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on instructional delivery methods and learning architecture
• Design and implement educational technologies and multimedia assistance
• Provide support for courseware authoring and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

• MA/MS degree in instructional design or relevant field preferred; BA/BS required
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design and technology in higher education required
• Experience with Articulate Storyline desired; familiarity with Sakai a plus
• Understanding of adult learning theories, particularly in STEM disciplines, preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
