A company is looking for a Benefit Education Lead to support customer engagement activities and coordinate educational events.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer event support across various segments and oversee benefit educators' hiring and onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end customer events, including material development and ordering
- Engage in customer engagement reporting and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health education, health administration, marketing, business, or a related field preferred
- Ability to obtain an insurance license as directed by management
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs (PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems (Salesforce.com)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multi-lingual is a plus
