Key Responsibilities

- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the learning design and deployment process
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Learning Advisory
- Minimum of 4 years in Program Design in the Learning Space
- Experience with AI in learning or immersive technology is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred
- Strong track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale learning portfolios
