Key Responsibilities
- Support the buildout and execution of the training function within the Enterprise Change and Transformation Office
- Collaborate with team members to develop training content and communications for technology changes
- Create effective training packages and develop targeted communications for various audiences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in consulting, project management, or training-related roles
- Understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies
- Experience in developing training content for large stakeholder groups
- Preferred experience in financial services or agency environments
