Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging eLearning experiences based on adult learning theory.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training content for VantacaU and knowledge base
• Develop digital instructional materials for in-person training
• Coordinate training and readiness for product launches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a relevant field
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience with eLearning Authoring Software
• Strong video editing skills
• Understanding of Adult Learning Theory and microlearning principles
