Key Responsibilities

- Act as the first line of support for the ICS team and manage customer escalations
- Monitor performance metrics and conduct quality assurance and training activities
Required Qualifications and Education
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service and/or data entry
- Experience with telephone systems and data processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
