Job Summary
A company is looking for an Internal Support Application Engineer to provide technical support for custom internal tools and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for internal employees experiencing issues with custom applications, diagnosing and resolving problems
- Conduct in-depth debugging and code-level troubleshooting, implementing patches and enhancements to resolve user-reported issues
- Proactively monitor the performance and stability of internal applications and develop user-friendly documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, software development, or a related role
- Strong coding and debugging skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application issues
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD
- Ability to independently manage tasks and proactively solve problems
