A company is looking for an Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in strategic planning to optimize inventory across all channels
- Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and implement inventory reduction initiatives
- Lead and coach the inventory team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 7+ years of inventory management/merchandising experience in a multi-channel environment
- 3+ years in a supervisory role with multiple direct reports
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Proficient with inventory management software, MS Office, and reporting platforms like Power BI
