Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inventory Support Specialist who will manage and resolve client inventory requests in the digital automotive space.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage dealer inventory display and provide support for inventory-related inquiries
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to troubleshoot and resolve inventory issues
• Utilize SalesForce and other tools to deliver customer service and maintain performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Familiarity with inventory management and the automotive industry is a plus
• Experience with WordPress is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
