Job Summary
A company is looking for an Issue Manager to analyze, track, manage, and drive resolution of issues and process improvement initiatives across all business segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the development of remediation plans and manage tracking of issue-related activities
- Identify stakeholders and assess their needs and roles to effectively engage in the work effort
- Act as a super user of the issue management tool, providing assistance and training for users across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 2 years of work experience in business analysis and/or process improvement
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating business process improvements
- Knowledge of business analysis tasks, activities, techniques, and requirements process
