A company is looking for an IT Analyst-CCaaS Cloud-Genesys CX.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and modification of business and IT systems
- Gather and analyze business needs and technical requirements while documenting process flows
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams for contact center initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in analyzing technical requirements or in a similar Business Analyst role
- Understanding of public and private cloud CCaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and UCaaS
- Knowledge of contact center technologies and systems
- Experience working effectively in a matrixed environment and managing competing priorities
