Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Automation Engineer to improve internal technology operations through automation and service optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the ITS Service Team to streamline IT operations through workflow analysis and process automation
- Build and maintain automations for onboarding, access provisioning, and service workflows across IT-managed platforms
- Develop telemetry and success tracking for all automation projects to improve visibility and reliability
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT operations, service desk support, endpoint management, or systems automation
- Strong scripting skills in Python and OS-native languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience automating IT workflows using low-code tools or platform-native automation
- Familiarity with service management tools such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or Freshservice
- Understanding of ITSM concepts including service workflows, SLAs, and change management
