Key Responsibilities
- Manage helpdesk processes and provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support remotely
- Onboard new hires by provisioning computers and accounts
- Maintain accurate asset management inventory and support business applications
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT, helpdesk, or system administration
- Experience in a SaaS company, preferably in HR tech
- Experience troubleshooting macOS and Windows systems
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems like Jira Service Desk or Zendesk
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
