IT Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Management Specialist to provide project management and analytical support to an IT organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project management support including coordination of meetings and tracking action items
• Prepare executive-level briefings and presentations for senior leadership
• Develop comprehensive reports detailing observations, recommendations, and potential best practices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Two years of practical experience in industry, government, or consulting in IT management
• Five years of experience in contingency contracting and/or use of contingency tools
• ITIL version 3 (V3) certification and knowledge of the ITIL framework desired
• In-depth knowledge of IT service delivery and strategic IT management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
