IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Quality Assurance Analyst II responsible for performing quality checks and developing testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Write test cases and perform manual testing based on requirements and user stories
• Document, track, and analyze defects and inconsistencies using defect tracking tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of QA experience in a Financial Services organization, or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of QA experience in the same field
• 2-4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC
• Experience with testing tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies is preferred
