A company is looking for a Director of IT Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the information security program, ensuring compliance with privacy and security regulations
• Lead governance, risk management, and compliance programs, conducting regular risk assessments and managing mitigation plans
• Oversee security operations, incident response, and collaborate with leadership to integrate security into technology initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in information security, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in leading cybersecurity programs in regulated environments, preferably healthcare
• Hands-on experience with NIST, HITRUST, and HIPAA security compliance
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA highly desired
• Required certification: CISSP; preferred certification: CHISL
