Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Manager specializing in SharePoint and Service Now.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the delivery and engineering of Microsoft Office 365 collaboration services
- Support and maintain Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related products including Power Platform
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and maintain service quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Active DOD Secret clearance
- Current IAT Level III Certification
- One of the following certifications: CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field
- 10-15 years of experience in delivery and engineering management
