IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer (Tier 3).

Key Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft Outlook and assist with Hybrid Exchange environment tasks
• Diagnose and resolve client-side issues while optimizing configurations
• Collaborate with Exchange administrators to troubleshoot email flow

Required Qualifications

• Background supporting Microsoft Outlook
• Bachelor's degree in IT technology or an Associate degree with 3 years of technical experience
• High school diploma with 5 years of IT technical experience may be considered
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and workplace automation is a plus
• Experience in enterprise M365 environments is essential
